Namaste friends, family and loved ones.

We are staying in Namche for two nights to allow ourselves to adapt at our new elevation of 11,470 feet. We woke up early to see the sun rise on Everest. After breakfast we went for a hike because light activity is good for acclimatizing.
Climbing up 500 feet we were treated great view of town.

We ate a lovely lunch and then went sight seeing and shopping in Namche. It was fun to have some free time to explore.

Tomorrow we head up the Bhote Kosi valley to the village of Thame.
