Namaste friends, family and loved ones,

Good trekking weather prevailed throughout the day as we ascended the Dudh Kosi valley. Flowers are blooming all over making for delightful scenery. We crossed the the river several times on cable suspension bridges and took lunch in the village of Jorsale.

Another hour brought to the base of Namche hill. This was the crux of our day but slow and steady won the day. And we all made it to the superb Panorama Lodge in good health and spirits. After a fine dinner we headed to bed for a well deserved rest. Sweet Dreams!
